The purpose of my work is to help you feel, move, and be better. My background in fitness, assisted stretching, and holistic health coaching allows me to view the body and it's issues in a more holistic way. My goal is to find areas that are "tight" and to work those areas using deep tissue massage techniques. I will also use a massage gun, cupping, and other instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization tools where needed.
I use the term bodywork because I like to use more modalities and techniques than just massage to help you feel, move, and be better. Integrative refers to my holistic approach to the body realizing that everything is connected. Austin refers to Austin, Texas as that is where I went to massage school and where I started my business.
No, I do not currently offer these services.
Yes, I can do regular Swedish (lighter) massage but one of the main benefits of coming to me for bodywork is receiving my integrative deep tissue style of bodywork.
Yes, I can do prenatal but I do not have a wedge/ramp so the service would be side lying and prenatal is not my passion so you may be better served by someone that is passionate about that type of work.

Basically the goal is the same for both... to help you feel, move, and be better. The sports massage is done clothed (athletic clothing preferred) and is done without covers (blanket and sheets). Being clothed while limiting the amount and quality of hands on massage it allows for more stretching and different uses of the massage gun.
Yes, currently I offer whole body cupping and CBD massage for $20 each per service. I may use cups and CBD cream for spot treatments during a regular session for no extra charge if needed.
