Accounting Administrative Assistant responsibilities included but were not limited to: *Digitization of company physical documents for databasing and file organizing *Answering phone calls and directing them to the proper people within the accounting department *Ensuring office cleanliness *Ensuring proper calculations of employee checks before stuffing envelopes and delivering checks to the different offices *Highlighting accounting documents before audits and delivering documents to CPA offices

Laundry Attendant responsibilities included but were not limited to: *Ensuring cleanliness of hotel linens including proper loading / unloading of laundry machines *Delivery of clean linens / drop off of dirty linens to different hotel / condo properties *Laundry room organization

Associate responsibilities included but were not limited to: *Unloading of truck shipments of product arriving on pallets *Stockroom organization *Opening cartons from pallets and placing product on the sales floor or in backstock depending on inventory levels *Visual merchandising including putting together furniture for window and store displays as well as completing visual displays per company directives *Selling and Cashier duties including client transactions with email capture and opening of company credit cards and the delivery of excellent customer service
