I'm Ash, author of The Answer to Everything - Earth Wisdom & Beauty, a Shamanic Practitioner, trained by Sandra Ingerman (2024) and the SCSS. I began my own shamanic healing journey in 2017, when I realized I've been spiritually connected to Life in this way since I can remember. I hold master's degrees in animal behavior (2023) and music performance (2010), as well as dual bachelor's degrees in music education and violin performance (2008).

Shamanic healing is diagnosed and made possible by my helping Spirits, and is part of the triad of wellness that encompasses mind and body medicine. I have been trained in finding power places, going on medicine walks, shamanic journeying, power animal retrievals, soul retrievals, transfiguration (healing with spiritual light), psychopomp (helping the dead cross over), extraction (of energetic intrusions), healing songs, healing stories and/or poems, holding ceremonies, hosting circles, and more.
