Wild To Well Recovery is a trauma-informed recovery coaching practice founded by Bree Benson, CARC. The work is shaped by lived experience and grounded in the SAMHSA definition of recovery, which states that recovery is a process of change through which people improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential.
Your autonomy is always respected, and support is offered whether that's through 12-step, SMART Recovery, Recovery International, harm reduction, or another approach.
Wild To Well Recovery supports:
-substance addicts
-behavioral addicts
-friends and family of addicts
-childhood abuse survivors
-domestic violence survivors
-victims of narcissistic abuse
-other abuse sufferers
-those working through codependency
-anyone struggling to change a debilitating pattern
Sunday Service is a free meeting open to women and men, held live every Sunday from 6 to 8 PM Central Time. This is a safe space where attendees are free to share or simply observe. A camera is never required, and the meeting is never recorded.
There is a portion of the meeting where Bree shares lessons on topics like emotional awareness, communication, relationship skills, healthy boundaries, changing unwanted behavior patterns, and moving from surviving to thriving. While the meeting is always free, donations are accepted to support the program.
The SESH is a weekly group coaching workshop for those ready to do the deeper work. Intimate and intensive, it features self-paced, comprehensive coursework build around Self Exploration and Self Healing.
